Library Will Open with a One-Hour Delay Friday

The library will be open tomorrow (Friday, December 17th) at 10 a.m. with a one hour delay.  If you are going to come out to the library, please take it nice and slow.  Have a good night and be safe.

Library Closed and Winter Weather Advisory

As I'm sure many of you already know, all Chesapeake Public Libraries closed at 12 noon today.  The City of Chesapeake is under a Winter Weather Advisory that will last until 7 p.m. Thursday evening.  Currently, All courts are closed, libraries and community centers are closed to the public, and all evening activities are canceled.
